ebellarandbrainstemdiseasein6dogsandacentralvestibularlesionin1dog.Inall7dogs,therewasmoderatetomarkedbilaterallysymmetricalcerebellaratrophy,withtheatrophiedcerebellumbeingsurroundedbyaregionofT2-weightedhyper-intenseandT1-weightedhypointensesignal.Cerebrospinalfluid(CSF)analysisinallbut1dogshowedmononuclearpleocytosisandhighproteinconcentration.PolymerasechainreactiontestingforNeosporacaninumperformedontheCSFwaspositivein4/5dogstestedandtherewasahightiterofserumantibodiestoN.caninum(??1:)inall6dogstested.Postmortemexaminationin1dogconfirmedcerebellaratrophyandmultifocalnonsuppurativeencephalitiswithareasofmalaciaandleptomeningitis.Alloftheremaining6dogsweretreatedwithsome
